New to yr channel. I’m sure you’ve answered this question but would you mind telling me what protein powder you currently use so I can add it to the pudding base? Thanks much.

If you want to avoid honey, syrups, stevia, you can add puréed dates, which I do sometimes when I want to get away from maple syrup or honey all the time.

🥺😓 I had been able to get rid of my TMAU (Body odour ) and Excessive sweating when I used ‘ Dr.uwenboherbalhome ‘ Body odour, hyperhydrosis, Acne , dry skin and skin disease treatment on youtube. I cured myself naturally when I used herbal medicine and a natural diet protocol for a couple of weeks.. Now I have so much confidence because I could be around people without having to worry about anything or been embarrassed about my smell.. DR.UWENBOHERBALHOME is the real deal..
    the struggle is real**….💦🌱🌱🌱

well stevia is not innocent either. i personally decided to use honey but as less as possible, just for a little taste changer. i mean if you are not gonna stop eating sugar completely, you dont have to think that much on it (personal idea).

Propass protein powder is only 30 kcal per scoop and it tastes neutral, a bit like milk powder but more neutral. If anyone ever want it lol it also makes whatever you mix with it slightly more thick or creamy

Hello Autumn, I really hope you see my post. Please would you consider speaking slower in your videos? Watching with or without subtitles I find it very difficult to keep up with the dialogue. Thanking you in advance.

I've watched several of your videos, and learned a lot, thank you. Could you talk a little slower though? I have to watch several times because I miss a lot! You give a lot of information, and so fast!

    1. Adding a sweetener // greatly reduce sweetener or use a less insulin spiking type of sweetener (Stevia or Monk Fruit) better than honey, maple syrup, agave, or coconut nectar.
    2. Only using “Nut Milk” in the base // still could use any “Nut Milk” but IN ADDITION to just increase satiety by 2 ways, 1.) increasing protein: Protein Powder or Greek Yogurt OR 2.) increasing fat content: coconut cream [essentially you could add both protein and fat content to get through those gaps between meals (3-4 hours) & be able to help control those sugar cravings
    3. Using Granola as a topping (high in added sugars + low in satiety = spike in insulin & won’t help with gaps between meals // INSTEAD use: coconut flakes, cacao nibs, pumpkin seeds, or low sugar fruit (ex: raspberries) <—— HIGH fiber low sugar = 👍👍

Another high protein ideal… cottage cheese, chia seeds, few table spoons of greek yogurt and few tablespoons of a milk your choice, 1-1/4 tea cinnamon and berries of choice. Top with 1-2 tablespoons of unsalted nuts. So darn good! Almost dessert worthy.

Question? So if use a cup of either almond milk or coconut milk for my chia seeds for breakfast as I make it in a mason jar how much coconut cream would u suggest putting in? I have before put a splash of heavy cream but that still has sugars and stuff and would like to not add sugar if possible
