Now you're talking! Italian food is my comfort food and I never thought to make my own "noodles" from egg. I have, however, very much enjoyed egg, meat and cheese frittatas. They are quick and easy to transport and since I go to work at 4am, they are a great option for my grab & go days. The only thing I miss is our homemade pasta sauce. Air fry your pizza and it'll be done to crispy-crunchy perfection!

Hi Lillie 😃 just a quick tip – for the lasagna if you use deli sliced chicken instead of the egg whites, the chicken has the same texture as al dente pasta! I truly enjoy your energy!!

Hi Lillie, it was a great and fun few minutes with you and Bryce again. I must say all the recipes looked delicious and I would be tempted to give them a go but I'm notoriously a bad cook. I think the video banished the liver ice cream from our memories once and for all. I must say that if I lived nearer than England I'd be around to your house to help you and Bryce finish off the leftovers. Speaking of whom all my very best wishes to the lovely Bryce.

I think incorporating a bit of grains in order to eat more nutritious animal foods is the way to go , it's definitely more approachable for the big audience who isn't that strict and can supply your body with more calories which I found difficult to get with too much animal products as they satisfied me very quickly, keeping a ratio of 70% animal products and 30% organic grains fruits and starchy veg could be a good way to go and what I'm currently doing

Wish there would be people doing a whole compilation of carnivore recipes WITHOUT use of any dairy products. Almost all variety of interesting carnivore foods contain dairy which I cannot eat!!

Looks so yummy! I am definitely making the noodles. For the pizza, I put the crust on a parchment paper, and the top gets a little crispy. When I flip it over, the crunchy is on the bottom and I cook on a regular cookie sheet or metal pizza tray with no paper. Maybe try this next time! Also excited to try the lasagna…my personal favorite!

I never would have though about making egg noodles or topping them with alfredo sauce. I had planned to keep my carnivore meals extra simple, just grab some meat and cook it, but I definitely have to try this!

All 3 dishes look yum!! I make my pizza using Rao's red pasta sauce (no sugar) and I get them at Costco but I'll have to try the Alfredo sauce and the spaghetti and the lasagna! I'll check out your Mexican food video since I am Hispanic. Love your sense of humor (and I'm 50)! Don't understand why people would write nasty comments to you. You're doing a great job with your videos!
