Sharla and Christie- I’ve looked over the red sauce recipe several times. Looks like it makes up quite a bit. I’m wondering how many recipes for 4-6 people does it usually accommodate?

Great meals in this video! I'm going to try a bunch. And I love that you include single serving suggestions for so many reasons! I'm in Denver, Colorado and we are feeling the chill of Fall here! I like a lot of things from Costco. Too many to list. Mostly Italian foods in bulk. But one of my fav things to buy there is Pork Tenderloin. Very affordable and you can make chops or roasts or shred for Chimichangas or BBQ Pulled Pork, or dice it up to make Green Chili. Watch out for their Deli Made Dinners that look so good. They can really run up your bill. Make them from scratch. Save money. Learn your price values. It really helps!

I really like how you add picture of finished dishes it’s so nice, what is pinear? Like tofu or something… I shop Costco all the time those buns are wonderful it was nice to get idea for them when not going threw that many all at once. I do have a question about the one meal the Monte Cristo, basically those are made with French toast or you take the sandwich and drip it in egg same end result. Are you dipping or putting egg on the dish before baking for a traditional M-C. I will be making it your way but maybe add bacon have a more club sandwich looks amazing btw

I have learned on my weight loss journey this summer… not all ground turkey is lean…some is quite fatty…it depends on what you buy… its one end or the other…there doesnt seem to be anything in the middle…

I love enough things from Costco to keep my membership, but overall, my bulk purchases actually come from Azure Standard. I've had a hard time finding some of the things I buy in bulk at Costco (like Oats, I wanted a 50 lb bag, and the biggest they have is a Quaker oats box with two 5 lb sacks in it. If I were to buy 5 of those boxes I would have paid more than triple!). So I am very aware of what I buy from them.

Regarding the friendliness of the patrons: I recently had surgery on my leg and for about 2 months was non-weightbearing, then after that I was allowed to stand on it, but for limited amounts and so on. I still had some shopping to do though, so I went to the Costco with whichever family member was designated my helper that day (future DIL one day, hubby another) and I was in one of those SLOW drivable carts. The day my hubby went along, he ran to grab something we'd forgotten while I was finding the next item on the list, in the refrigerated section…. I hadn't thought of the fact that the refrigerator doors swing OUT. Or that the refrigerated areas where meats are are too high to just reach in, etc. Anyway, people have been so sweet to offer help when they see me struggling. It definitely restores some faith in humanity.

Pro tip…if costco had 6.00 off ANYTHING…you buy the smallest packs…and get multiples. So your dollars off go further per pound than if you buy the heaviest option! It can really add up to alot of savings depending on the packages out there! ( some days they are all the same though)
