Your going to love the taste of your canned roast chunks..I make mash potatoes , veggie with a jar of beef chunks make gravy from the dripping delish😋 You gotta try canning Taco Meat my family loves it. I don’t own a electric canning unit, wait , lol..yes I do it’s a Cary model have yet to use..I use 2-different sized AA canners.
