So glad your feeling better… was so worried about you. ❤ This is our first year to be empty nesters and our children won't be home for the holidays this year. Change is hard but change is good at the same time. We will be talking to them on the phone or zoom. Still working to hsve a clean, organized and decorated home for the holidays. 🎄

I missed you last week. I pray that you are feeling better! My son also won’t be home for Christmas (unless something changes), because he and his fiancé moved to Texas recently to be closer to her family, and my oldest daughter is living in Colorado (we are raising her three children) and probably won’t be able to come home either. We do get together at my second oldest daughter’s house every year, she and her husband host us (they have four children) we bring my mom and my grandson (my son’s son, his ex always allows us to bring him ❤️) and my youngest daughter comes with her husband and their three children. So all eleven grandkids will be together, and that’s why it’s our favorite day of the year. I’m so grateful to you for doing these weekly videos, it’s helping me to remember to stay on track. We did buy a couple of gifts today after church, but we have so many more to purchase. The grandkids will be 20 years old to 4 years old on Christmas (the oldest and youngest share the same birthday). Shopping for them is sometimes challenging, it seems harder now that they are older. We also purchased a large frozen lasagna to put in the freezer just in case my husband and I are too busy or not feeling well and our three grandkids that we are raising need an easy meal. We will be making some homemade meals to put in the freezer as well, but this week is super busy and it just isn’t possible to do right now. But it’s good to have a few meals in the freezer, last year I was sick with the virus right before Thanksgiving and I was in bed for weeks. I wish I still had a craft room for my crafts, planners and couponing stuff but it’s now a bedroom for our granddaughter. I haven’t completed our master bedroom yet, it’s a dropping place for many items that really need to be put away in other rooms in the house…hopefully I’ll make progress on it this week.

So glad you're back!! I love sitting down with your video and filling out my weekly forms and listening to you. My hubby and I just finished our master bedroom today. He took over an hour just to clean out his nightstand. 😆
