    just curious, why use egg whites to lower fat but then add avocado for additional fat? Isn't the whole egg healthier than processed egg whites? Especially since the fat content is the same.

    I was told by many that if you eat more protein then you should be eating then it doesnt do anything for you or that you just poop it out. If you are 200lb pounds then you need to eat roughly 100mg of protein a day. What you are doing doesnt make since based on what i have been told or heard through youtube.

    I just wonder how you eat this for whole year. Always same. After a month you start to hate this food. 1thing is surely to prepare ahead but other more important to stay consistent is variety of food and thats most complicated in my opinion
