I just watched several of your life events on instagram. I loved the birth story. BUT……..ART you need to practice smiling in your pictures. Your family is all smiling then you look like Scrooge in everyone..

If you use an instant read thermometer, on a big pork roast like that, it should read 205 degrees before you pull it out of the oven or instapot .That's if you plan on using it for pulled pork sandwiches .That is well above the normal temp for a roast. Love your videos !!

That cider was right next to your instapot! It was so obvious- lol. Pour the hard apple cider over your pork roast and let it cook in the crockpot on low for 8hrs. The meat will be tender and delicious.

I cut the pumpkin in half and get the seeds etc out. Cut it up and leave skin on. Steam in IP then puree in blender or food processor (yep skin on for fiber). Bag and freeze. Bake the seeds. The little pulp that's left goes to chickens.

I have a pork roast that's going to be made into carne adovada. Yum.
