I love how easy your recipes are. I got an InstantPot a few months ago and I’ve already made your Mac and cheese recipe, I’ve made chicken the way you showed, I’ve also made your country style ribs and your herbed turkey breast recipe for thanksgiving! Thank you so much for all the great ideas for someone who has just started cooking

I don’t cook hard boiled eggs any other way now except the IP. I will add another tip I have discovered. I shake the insert and break up the egg shells a little then I fill with ice water. After 5 minutes, I peel. If a shell is being stubborn, gently roll the egg on the counter with the palm of your hand. It releases the shell like a dream. Using your method plus the above mentioned, I never have problems peeling any eggs

I only cook corn on the cob 0-2min depending how firm the kernels are.
I don’t bother with a trivet for hard boiled eggs, they come out great and you can fill the pot with loads of eggs if you want.

I love where you changed a couple of recipes to add cooked chicken instead of raw. We buy the Sam's rotisserie chicken and are always looking for ways to use that because there is so much meat in one chicken and it only costs $4.98 here! I've gotten where I don't like dealing with the raw chicken.

Thanks for this. I've made a few of your recipes in the past & they've turned out great. Wish there were more ground beef recipes though. My bf won't eat chicken. I might try the creamy enchilada soup with ground beef. Gonna have to try the mac n cheese too!
