Here is the recipe🥘 for Crispy Pork Belly With Sticky Asian Sauce

    Ingredients:

    Pork Belly
    800g Pork Belly (Skin Removed)
    1/4 Tsp Black Pepper
    1/4 Tsp Salt
    1 Cup Corn Starch
    Cooking Oil For Frying

    Sauce
    250ml Pineapple Juice
    2 Tbsp Brown Sugar
    2 Tbsp Dark Soy Sauce
    1 Tbsp Oyster Sauce
    1/4 Tsp Black Pepper
    3 Pcs Star Anis
Cornstarch ( mix it with water ) to thicken the sauce
    1 Red Bell Pepper

    Garnish
    Chopped onion leaves

    Instructions:
    1. Start by removing the skin from the pork belly and cutting it into bite-sized chunks.
    2. Next, generously season the pork belly with salt and black pepper and then coat it evenly with cornstarch.
    3. Heat oil in a deep frying pan to about 300 degrees Celsius and gently place the pork belly pieces in the pan. Fry for about 10 minutes or until they are golden brown and crispy on the outside.
    4. While the pork belly is cooking, mix all the ingredients for the sauce in a separate pot. Bring the mixture to a boil, then thicken it with a mixture of cornstarch and water.
    5. Once the sauce has thickened, add diced red bell pepper to the pot and mix it in. Carefully add the fried pork belly pieces to the sauce, making sure they are evenly coated. Sprinkle with chopped green onions.
    6. Serve the hot and flavorful pork belly over a bed of freshly cooked white rice. Enjoy!
