Julia, have you tried powdered heavy cream? It's available on line and doesn't go bad when you don't make recipes using it for a little too long. I never used to make recipes calling for it until my wife found the powdered stuff. You can't whip it but who cares? It cooks just like the real deal, and now I can make your wonderful recipes with cream sauces without having to make do with milk.

I haven't been through your backlog of videos yet- do you have recipes for other comfort foods like homemade cornbread (not from a box) or biscuits and gravy? My wife thinks my B&G is too peppery.

While I don't always comment.. I do watch and I love your recipes! Simple, hearty and just the right size servings. I also love the way you change out your little plants and plaques by your stove… they are so adorable! Thank you for sharing your video with us Julia!

I love your cutting board that is a slice of tree. You should try making homemade naan bread sometime. It is very easy and it will knock the socks off the prepackaged stuff. Might not be quite as quick as most of your meals, but it doesn't take much hands on time at all and is quite simple.

It's heartwarming that despite your massive channel growth and amount of comments you still do your best to respond or like most comments more than channels with less followers do. And being a mom of (almost) 2 babies at that…..great job……take full avantage of the financial opportunity you have here lady!!

Another really nice variety of dishes!! I haven't used naan bread in awhile but a year or so ago when I had more time I was. Love the stuff and have used it in a variety of ways from a simple warmed up garlic salted oiled oven bread to naan "pizza" to street tacos using naan.

I don't know if I can keep up with the recipes of yours I want to try. I do adapt and add or change for our taste but for me, I watch for inspiration.

I've been using Buter Box for the past year. Everything I've tried is so good. The fact that it's grass fed beef and no antibiotics is a major plus. The chicken and fish are also good. Bacon has the greatest flavor. It's a really good deal considering the costs of meats in grocery store.
