I love my Instant Pots and have been using them for a long time now. I just learned about the leftovers,meat,and more about the delay start. I started out trying recipes on your website,then bought the fall bundle,THEN your cookbook. It's all amazingl!!!!

The issue is not the pot actually smelling it's the silicone rings. They stink up my kitchen for a couple of days after use. I have three – I use the clear one for rice or potatoes, the red one for meats, the blue one for sweets. So at least you don't cross over your smells. But I hate how my house still smells afterwards.
Can you actually film how you heat up leftovers? I’m still a bit nervous about that.
