Lijjat jeera (cumin) pappad is the best for microwaving. I’ve had issues with the red chili one not cooking through. Super impressed that you go to the Indian store for authentic ingredients (and asfeotida!), Chelsea! Love your videos 🙂

2 awesome & yummy 😋 easy recipes but unfortunately don't have a pressure cooker so it would go into the slow cooker instead. Anything vegan with chilli 🌶 flakes definitely is among my favourite recipes because I love 😍 spicy food ( must be on my dad's side of the family because no-one on my mum's side likes spicy food). Thanks for sharing this excellent video Chelsea. Love 🥰 the video and love 💕❤Chelsea & 👨‍👩‍👦.

Could you please provide a link to copies of your recipes that do not depend upon having an Instagram or Facebook account? I don’t use either and that was the only way to get your Kitchadi recipe. I had a bowl of the most wonderful Kitchadi in a tiny restaurant near San Jose, California, and the recipes that I have tried don’t come close to being as good. In fact, I have thrown them out. Please make your recipe available with a link in your YouTube post. It looks delicious!
    Thanks!!

Wow! How have I never used my instant pot for pasta?? I usually get frozen zucchini, onion, and peppers at the store, so I could make this with zero prep-just dump and go!

This was exactly what I needed! I was staring at my computer wondering what to make, and this really hit the spot! I mixed in potatoes, black beans and broccoli with the pasta and sauce and spices, so freaking good! I love how quick the instapot makes pasta, much better than the stove! Thanks! 💚💚💚

They both look seriously good! I love my pressure cooker it’s so convenient! Yes to chilli flakes on everything 🌶🌶🌶 all the way!!!
I used to do a kitcheri recipe that I found in a family circle recipe book it was so flavourful and included cardamom, cinnamon and cloves but i haven’t made it in ages – this recipe looks lovely and the mix of lentils is a great touch!

It was really great to see you make khichdi…. using all the indian masalas(spices). It's a regular Sunday Comfort food in our house. There are many ways of making khichdi…..
U can try just rice , yellow mung dal with some veggies(potatoes, carrots cauliflower etc) salt and turmeric powder…… later once it's pressure cooked add some frozen peas and some green coriander leaves……
If you feel like, later u can also use some tadka( tempering of cumin, mustard, garlic, curry leaves….sometimes interchange and use onions in the tempering ) and have it warm with pickles, vegan raita, and papad.

    Love and wishes from 🇮🇳

Ahhh! Thank you so much for this! I was just now thinking, “I seriously do not feel like doing a ton of prep for a healthy meal… I want something easy,” and the notification for this video came up. Perfect. ❤️❤️❤️
