When do you recommend adding in the flavorings, such as vanilla and sweetener? Before or after incubation?
I’m surprised by the 3rd method (regular Costco milk). I never knew you could make yogurt from regular milk without boiling it.
I tried the first method. Used the same brand of milk and Fage yogurt as a starter. Did everything as exactly in the video but my yogurt is not thick as yours. It’s runny. There is no difference between the regular method of making yogurt and this method.
Can I use Costco whole milk to do this process?
I have old model of instant pot and it doesn’t have yogurt mode. Any idea how to make yogurt in it ?
Ive tried, used ultra pasteurized full cream milk with 1tbsp yoghurt on my instant pot, yoghurt setting, did not come out thick. 😔
