    Great idea! I love how simple these are and your toppings are 🤩. But I think it’s important to note that you need a good nonstick pan for these to work. Otherwise it’s a pancake mess.

    Written recipe: 1 cup oat flour + 1 cup plant milk (optional 1/4 tsp vanilla extract). Let sit for 2 minutes. Cook on medium heat for about 2 minutes per side (flip when the pancake edges start to dry)
