The last time I went to Cheesecake Factory I got my usual favorite, the Spicy Chipotle pasta. It wasn’t nearly as good as when I started getting it years ago. I challenge you to do your version and I’m betting yours will be MUCH better than what I had there.

I'm amazed at how neat a cook you are–I would have oil spatters, flour or something on me! A tip for zesting lemons (from Martha Stewart): hold the lemon in your upturned palm and zest from the top, rotating the lemon as you go with the hand holding it. It's a lot easier to see what you're doing, and it collects the zest so you know how much you have.
You guys have so much tenderness in your eyes when you look at your kids, it melts my heart.
And the "live audience" thing, it's hilarious!
I have never had the first recipe. Definitely will try this. Looks so delicious. And I have been wanting to try to make chicken cutlets. They both look so yummy .. Good to see Darren in a video and seeing you taste the food.

Good recipes to have! The last time we ate at Cheesecake Factory 2 of the 4 of us got food poisoning. 2 had chicken dishes, 2 had steak. The chicken must have been the culprit; but when that happens, it really turns you off to the restaurant.
