Your advice, ideas and techniques are game changing. I started out bulk buying a lot of the ingredients you use and i started playing around, based on your instruction. Amazing. My husband asks me where i got that from: Monson made this!! Now he's watching your vids. I got my folks interested, and friends..this is actually inspiring ppl every day to eat vegan.

Thanks for a great video❣️ It made me so hungry, I had to go to the kitchen and make myself cooked apple with toasted oats/nuts and homemade coconut/soy yoghurt, so I could stand watching the rest of this deliciousness❣️ 😋 Subscribed❣️ PS! Loved that you gave an option to using grits, as finding grits in Norway sure wouldn’t be easy, but I should be able to find polenta in Asian stores or in some esp. large supermarkets… I love making blended veggie soups with this type thing on top, so I will probably love this too❣️💚🌱👏👍😊

You know, in my experience, you need to check the backside of kale leaves properly. The last time I had «pre-washed kale», I found three small worms on the backside of the leaves, well wrapped in and attached to their leaves by white «threads»… 😝 It was easy to wash off though. Bottom line, if you don’t want extra proteins in your food (+ don’t think butterfly larvae are vegan ☺️), check the backside of those leaves. A toothbrush is great for quickly scrubbing them off! ☺️💚🌱

What a brilliant idea- polenta in the instant pot!! Inspired! I’m trying it tomorrow. Thankyou! If you use a whisk to mix the polenta it usually makes it lump free- I have Italian parents! Thanks again. Love your channel- your recipes are always delicious. 😀

I'm excited to make this! Heading out in the AM to purchase the polenta.
All of my life until recently I did not like Polenta. Now this to enjoy.
    Thank you for sharing this.
