I love watching your son…he's so expressive when he really likes a food item! A couple of questions. How do decide if you need the rack part to cook with in the dual blaze cosori? I usually always have it in but notice in a lot of your recipes you cook without it. Also, where did you find the wire rack that you use to hold down the tortillas when cooking them in the air fryer.

Love you Cathy. Keep the recipes and hints coming! Between my 2 air fryers and the iPot I rarely use my range. I did have to shift from baking bread (weekly) in the Cosori 12 in 1 convection oven to the big oven because the bread rises too tall. I don’t mind. Use it or lose it, right? 🤗

Hey, I started watching your vids yesterday, they're very helpful. I bought my air fryer 4 months ago but haven't had the confidence to use it up until now, I have decided that tomorrow will be the first time i use it (obviously something simple for my first time). There is one thing i'd like to know though and it maybe a silly question but, can you cook ready meals in them, ie a pre made lasagne or shepherds pie etc?

We love Naan bread pizza in our AF. Toast the bottom first with a little oil for 3 min at 400 – flip and add sauce and toppings. Back in for 4-5 min. Edges are crunchy and tastes like a mini thin crust pizza. Use pesto rather than pizza sauce for a veggie option.

I think it’s a riot that you said you don’t want to spend time in the kitchen. Considering your research and awesome recipes, I think you’re in the kitchen A LOT! It’s much appreciated.

Hi, an easy way to remove the stone from an avocado, hold the avocado half (stone facing towards you) in your hand, get a sharp heavy knife and whack the sharp blade onto the stone so that it sticks into the stone, the twist the knife approx 90 degrees, and the stone will come out easily.
