Have you looked into oat groats? They are the unprocessed version of oats. Ton of fiber. I make them in the instant pot with little less water and I eat them instead of rice. If you like quinoa as a replacement for rice, you should give groats a chance. People make them like an oatmeal texture but I personally put in less water than what most recipes call for and it’s just like rice. Perfect side to any stir fry.

I love your videos and have been using your smoothie recipes to make popsicles. Yum. I love the caramel and will be making the wedding cake tonight.
You should look into purchasing a miomat for making your own soy milk. It is so much cheaper and so easy. I soak 2 or 3 bags of beans at the right portion for one batch At a time, then drain and store in the freezer. It makes them ready to plug and play. Also, you get free okara for making smoothies, dressings etc. I recently just blended some okara with water and spices to make a super creamy healthy ranch dressing. Delish
I was an oat milk girly until I started this.
    Thank you again Stasia.

I usually have one of your shakes every day. They do keep me full and satisfied for several hours! Sometimes I just use whatever bean I have open in the fridge, Chickpeas or black beans. Thank you

We started making out own Oat Milk about two years ago and it's so easy, we haven't had to worry about additives and high prices. Bought a glass milk bottle from Amazon.

Thank you so much for your channel. I've struggled for years with my weight as a vegan. Two weeks, yes, two weeks, I'm done 8 pounds! I did tweak the fiber smoothies for myself. I use water and silken tofu instead of plant milk. But regardless, my weight is finally shifting in the right direction. Thank you again!
