Joey, Carol here again. when I used dates in oatmeal, I dice them up, then put then in my container of oat "meal" that I ground up, shake up the container with diced date in, then use a slotted spoon to get them out. Works great. None of them stick together. I just keep the meal in my refridg. give it a try.

It has been on my mind for quite awhile that I am an almost 60 year old woman and most of the plant based people on you tube are much younger. I would love suggestions of some people like me to follow who have suggestions for women my age. I do watch Nutmeg notebook and Chef AJ.

    More delicious looking recipes!

That soup could very easily be changed up a little bit based on tastes and what you have in the house. Some lentils or beans in place of some of the potatoes, a little nutritional yeast, different spices etc..

Thank-you so much for more recipe inspiration!

Hi guys, loving these 400 calorie meals. I am 65 and totally agree that you can't eat like the 20/30 year olds. Keep doing what you are doing. The Halloween decorations look great. Much love from Spain ❤️

Dr. Gregor recommends black beluga lentils and they are really good. The Canary lentils are new to me though. That market is amazing. I’ll have to check it out when I’m in Phoenix visiting my granddaughter.

I’m so grateful for this series. 4 years plant exclusive and I have put on 10 lbs this past year. I took the time to track my calories and I was far exceeding what I was burning. Back to tracking and after one week the weight is already coming off. Reality is we cannot eat as mulch as we want on this lifestyle. I was fooled too but no more. Thank you plant based dads! Loved the stuffed peppers! So good and very filling.

Kathy Hester has mentioned you in her videos before the show you were talking about. In fact though I may be wrong I think she is the one who told the Dr. about you before. I have watched all of your videos and hers since 2018 when I started this way of eating. Again I am old (72) and memory isn't always what it should be, but I think Well Your World (Dillion and Reebs ) have also mentioned you on their videos. Love what you guys are doing. I even watch your Sophomore Swag at my old age just to see what you are eating.

I enjoy your videos so much. I can’t stop laughing when you add the quack. I tried to find you in chronometer. Is that possible? Can you maybe show us how to find you? That would be great. Please keep doing videos, I love them!

Wacka wacka wow. The prices on those lentils is high. Easiest way to add more nutrition to morning oats. I cook the red , french and beluga in the instant pot with oats every morning. Micro biome always happy dancing. Never seen the Canary before. The Farro was cheaper than I can find here in Canada. Your fruit doesn't look much cheaper.

The potato soup sodium is 1095 mg each serving. I'm going to make it and just sprinkle some salt on top before serving to keep that a lot lower, and look for a reduced sodium Better than Bouillon. It looks so delicious!

Great meals guys! I have two huge cauliflowers and one will definitely be the soup. Do you both notice a difference in the way your bodies feel, as in lighter?
Regarding how we are all different, I had my first child at 33 and lost more than I gained right away. Had my second at 43, gained much more than my first and could not lose one pound for an entire year. It came off very slowly. Now, at 65 I have to be more mindful of the calories I consume to see any progress. Thanks for continuing these 400 calorie videos. ❤
