I love watching you guys, but I don't know how that feeds 4ish plus people. LOL we must be HUGE eaters. 🙂 I'd have to double everything for one meal. I just signed up for the monthly 101 club!!

Got a question ??? I have taught my hubby to use my pressure cooker and crock pot since I am away from home for weeks at a time. He enjoys the freezer meals a lot, except for chicken … he says the skin is rubbery. Do you remove the skin ( thighs and parts) before you put them in the freezer meal? Is that what you do for the rotisserie chicken too? Thank YOU for your answer.

You ladies rock it! Great ideas!
Please, don‘t excuse the lack of healthy!
As my kids are picky, our plates automatically get a look of „restaurant quality“ byALWAYS adding a salad starter (great leafs, slices of tomato, grated carrots and apple) or just carrot sticks – and a compulsory simple side of veggies – just sauté your frozen brokkoli, beans, peas, some chopped carrots with a bit of salt and water. Voilà! And THEY MUSTN‘T TOUCH! A little bit of (herb) butter is optional. It can be done while heating the meat and cooking potatoes/toasting buns!

We love your stories. It is heart warming to see what good friends you are to each other. And I love that Kristie cried for the lady who made Oatmeal for dinner! So sweet. I'm sure your emotional Menopause roller coaster might of had something to do with that too. I never cried over anything until I went through Menopause! Then there were even some Dog Food Commercials that choked me up! I don't know who "That Lady" was! LOL (see what I did there?) Anyway- Thank you ladies for keeping it real and for helping so many people work out these Dinner Time Issues! The world needs more people like you!

You girls are doing great at helping all of us get it done. Just wanted to tell you my family likes Mississippi pork better then the chicken. But it is all great no matter what protein you use
