    It's definitely nice to have options! What's interesting to me is after 2 weeks of being a strict carnivore, one meal a day of beef and butter and only water to drink, I actually stopped craving carbs, sugar and junk. I only craved meat and still do! It's been since August 7th 2023, zero cheating and so far I've lost 78 pounds! I'm only 2 pounds away from my goal weight. I remember what foods from the American Standard diet taste like, but I no longer desire them! It's been a real eye opening experience! Carnivore 4 life baby!❤

    Anyone else have issues since starting carnivore? I’ve been a month on so far and today my BP was 170/104… never had a BP this high…could this be from the electrolytes I’ve taken every day?
