    Ain't nothing healthy about any of these recipes…… except for the fruit salad. That is raw unmolested fruit, can't argue with that one… and the strawberry crumble might be okay. But the rest are very sub-healthy or outright bad. Nutella is junk, not food. There's junk and then there's food, Nutella is junk. Real food is picked from a tree or a shrub and eaten as is. Peanut butter (especially the Skippy/Jif kind) are not good, they are concentrated in omega-6s and are a huge strain to digest properly because of their thick and sticky consistency, not natural. The peanut is best taken in smaller amounts and soaked for at least 6hrs. Even then it's not good for a diet staple. When it's in butter form it's no good, even if organic.

    Dark chocolate isn't as healthy as people like to think, has no water content and is high in caffeine. Body can't do much with it and it overstimulates brain dulling the senses. Never recommend cooking with honey, honey's chemical composition becomes toxic when heated over 120 degrees.

    Popsicles and applesauce are broken down so the sugars will absorb into the body much too fast. Also any serious cook or bake will kill enzymes and dehydrate the food making it toxic/harder to digest. When the food is robbed of enzymes it will seek to replenish it with your body's in order to digest properly, robbing you of energy and giving your gut more work.

    The best I can say is these are slightly more optimal than many big name brands, but that doesn't make them healthy. Just means they're not as toxic as other junk.

    The best way to know if something is truly healthy or not is ask yourself if you can eat the thing just fine in its raw state or will it cause problems…. 5 raw black beans will kill a person, does that sound like a health food? Nature leaves clues, and we figure we know better. If man made it, it's bad. If nature made it, it's good. 👍

    However, not everything in nature is for us. Meat is for carnivores only, not us. Some fruits, veggies and nuts are for other critters. There's a symbiosis that must be maintained. Fruits are for us, most everything else is for other purposes or animals.

    If it's not fruit or lettuce, it's probably not healthy.
