    Hi Lacey, loved this video and all the detail info about ea diet. Your information and explanations are really awesome. I had been doing Keto for the longest and had managed to lose some weight, but something happened that I started gaining weight. I started vegan about 3 weeks ago and I probably am doing it wrong b/c I haven't lost and stay hungry. I have hypothyroidism and a diabetic that is very confused what to do next b/c I do want to lose, but mostly want to be healthy. I would love to hear your thoughts. Thanks for your time and efforts.

    I know that Low-carb/Keto works for some people, but it can also have very negative effects on your digestive system. I was on the Keto diet for 2 weeks, it wasn't working for me so I went off, and I spent the next 3 months with pretty bad intestinal issues. After a lot of research I finally found out that the severely restricting your carb intake causes the carb-eating bacteria in your gut to die off really quickly, and then when you go back to eating carbs your body has a hard time digesting them until all that good bacteria has time to build back up. I've know lots of people, mostly men, who go on and off keto and never have an issue, but just want to warn people that it can make you body go haywire.

    Your videos and knowledge are anxiety busters for me. I thought keto was a good route but found eating a lot of fat just not for me and went back to simple clean eating. I don't eat the norm processed foods. But I do eat cheese and deli meat sometimes. I eat Kerry's grass fed cheese slices on sandwiches and uncured nitrate free deli meat.
