For the Tater tot casserole, could you just put the tater tots on top so they aren't drenched in the sauce? I'm thinking my kids would eat that better.

The quesadilla trick I saw once before but it is a genius way to make quesadillas quick and easy! I preheat my sheet pans a little to give it a head start on crisping up being very careful because they r hot ! I love your paper towel trick which I do all the time now! I love your videos showing us all how to make easy and delicious food that I usually have the ingredients for already on hand and can go ahead and cook it right on up ! Here's something that's usually very few know about bell peppers. If a bell pepper has four bumps on the bottom it's a female, and sweet. The one with three knots on the bottom of the bell pepper is for cooking and it's a little bit bitter. I hope this helps everyone understand bell peppers.
Does the handle on your pan get hot? I want a set of cookware like that but hate when the handles get super hot.
