These all look fantastic! I made an apple crisp using canned apple pie filling, granola, cinnamon, and brown sugar.
Another great I idea is cut up sweet potatoes and apples….drizzle some olive oil and cinnamon then bake at 350 for about 45-60 minutes until it’s soft and golden brown. I’m not a fan of sweet potatoes but this is one of my favorite sides.

I find the store boxed broth is a little tasteless so i always add a teaspoon of bullion per cup of broth. It really makes a nice broth. I also use low sodium which might be why the boxed broths are lacking flavor. Its just an idea for those who use store bought broth and find it dull. 🙂

I just made the 2 ingredient pumpkin muffins but I add 1 cup chocolate chips. So moist and delicious. Have you tried the 2 ingredient brownies? Use 1 box brownie mix 1 can of black beans rinsed put back in the can and fill with water, puree the beans and mix with brownie mix bake and serve, simple extra fiber and better fir you. Hope you try them.😊

I found a recipe once that cooked risotto like rice. Two and a half cups of liquid to one cup of risotto. Bring to a boil, cover and cook for 20 minutes. It works! The only way I make it now. Edit: I didn't add the extra half cup. The recipes I use have two cups of stock and a half a cup of white wine. I omit the wine and just add more stock.
