I'm so happy that I found your videos. I'm actually thinking about starting my 17 year old son on the keto diet because he as epilepsy. But I've been struggling on how to start. Thanks for sharing these videos hopefully it will help me along the way.

Sardines are a huge goto for me. I like to eat them on pork rinds when I want a quick meal. I'll start by sprinking some sea salt and NoSalt over the top of the opened tin and then add some Italian seasoning. Then I mush it around a bit, and it has a great flavor when I scoop it on to the pork rinds. After watching your video, I might try making a sardine salad like the tuna salad.

I sometimes smear some nut butter on 93% dark chocolate from Walmart, too.

Hi Annie. Thank you for these great ideas. I tried the pork grinds with the tuna salad, tweaked it a bit, and who knew how good it could be! I enjoy all your recipes. Keep em' coming. Btw, your son is too adorable. GOD bless!

This is so similar to the Atkins Diet, I find it disturbing. There are so many reasons to not have such an extreme imbalance overall – Atkins himself died of heart disease. Other than the garnishments you put in your tuna salad, you offer no snacks that are fruit or veggie based. I think the overall determination regarding the Atkins approach was that it’s ok for a short period of time but not for a lifetime. Our bodies require a balance of acidic and alkaline foods, 80%/20% balance with emphasis on the alkaline side, to be truly healthy.
