Looks really good! I bet it would be perfect with some hearts of palm noodles from Natural Heaven!
wat wine did you use? sutter home?
you gave me an idea about some heavy whipping cream and some xanthan gum to thicken the sauce to about like gravy and put over cauliflower rice
Please tell me you did not use jarred garlic and cooking wine! Fresh garlic please…and wine from a liquor store.
This with zucchini noodles or spinach 😊
Just had to say loving the shirt 👕 Goo Kings!!
I just tried this & it was fucking awesome!! It’s like eating Red Lobster at the crib. Thank you.
😂 first time watching you, love the touch of humour hahaha
I think people are afraid of seafood because it's all bugs and slugs! LOL
Use mozzarella instead. Sooo good. Shrimp has water content. Put those shrimp between paper towels first and blot them dry. Also, brown them in the skillet with just a little bit of butter until they are partially cooked after you season them with salt and pepper. Take them out, make your garlic butter sauce, throw your shrimp back in and add your cheese. I like mozzarella because it browns nicely in the oven and is stringy and is just heaven on a fork. I am actually making this for dinner tonight.
That Broiler trick is what I use on Pizzas. Cook pizza just long enough to get the crust/outside done. Then turn on broil to brown the cheese (AND TURN OFF just as soon as you see browning spots form, because it will continue to finish in the short time it takes you to react and get the pizza out).
Wait thumbnail is not what you made. Misleading for sure
Can also simply go Kerrygold salted butter and Tony Chachere's seasoning. Nearly indistinguishable from Red Lobster.
Just made a yummy shrimp dish last night with hwc butter cream cheese parmesan garlic and red pepper flakes! I'll have to try this recipe
No oven needed and chop the parsley ya lazy bastard.
OMG! Fantastic!! Added more butter. Then after cooking flounder filets put them in the left over sauce. OFF.THE.CHAIN! You have to try it!
Love it will do it over zoodles!
I love to peel large shrimp, butterfly them & lay them opened on a baking pan.
On very low heat melt 1/2 stick butter; add thyme stems..I like the flavour of lemon thyme the best
Add 10 or more peeled garlic cloves.. if large cut into very thick slices &
Simmer all till garlic is soft.
Brush herbed butter all over butterflied shrimp, toss garlic chunks around, sprinkle w a bit of thyme leaves &
Roast at 350 for 2-3minutes
As soon as shrimp turn opaque they are ready to serve!
When you said to preheat the oven at 350, then your oven beeped to say it was preheated #winning
That's not a half cup of wine. Just sayin'.
This recipe looks fabulous. Trader Joe’s sells the best Shrimp. They are Argentinian Shrimp(red). They are Wild Caught, so you know you don’t have to deal with Farm Raised with crazy chemicals and wondering how they are sourced. They always are 9.99. I like to use United States Organic garlic which TJ also sells. Look up China Garlic which can be made of Plastic and grown in feces of all sorts. Just my little opinion. Oh and Fresh Garlic in cooking tastes really good. I can tell the difference if US fresh garlic.
Parsley is a must when you cook with garlic.
Yes you cook the alcohol off
Add nutmeg, HWC and more parmesan and you will have an AMAZING high fat Alfredo deliciousness! ❤you guys
Looks delicious! My husband loves shrimp so I may need to make this next week. I usually serve salmon fillets and tilapia every week.
Top that on buttered cauliflower rice and bam!
Thanks, I can't eat a lot of stuff due to illness, however shrimps I can eat and this is just brilliant. Thanks
the Parmesan is optional, Lemon juice is not…
Just wondering if you guys count the protein from spinach and leafy
greens as part of your daily protein intake. Assuming these are
incomplete proteins, I haven't been… I just disregard the excess
protein count that Cronometer gives me and only count protein grams from
meat, eggs, nuts and dairy. A mistake?
made your curry shrimp last night. Hmmm good.
Add Blue cheese to this instead of Parmesan. It’s amazing
Use this recipe to top "zoodles"… delish!!!
You crack me up too Matt! YUM. Definitely having this for dinner!
Instead of white wine use Cream Sherry.
You just made my day!!!!! I can't wait to make this!
Okay, I have to jump in here. You have to remove the extra liquid from the shrimp because it looks like you are using thawed shrimp from frozen. Put them between 2 paper towels and push on them. Then put them in a bowl and season them…salt, pepper, old bay or even Mrs Dash. Then heat 1 tablespoon of butter with a tablespoon of olive oil. Throw in lots of garlic, just a minute or 2, then add your shrimp and brown adding more butter after the shrimp has some color. Then add the wine or chicken broth. Let it cook down for a couple of minutes. Add your chopped parsley. Then this is where you can add the cheese but the amount you put in and the fact that it was grated and not shredded does nothing. You need to use shredded. Then put it under the broiler for a couple of minutes. I actually use both parmesan and mozzarella. You can also sprinkle that with some paprika. Seasoning is the key to this dish. You can't leave the garlic, butter and wine do it all. I squirt a bit of lemon juice on it after it is finished for freshness. Add some heavy cream to this and you have a heavenly sauce that you can put this all on garlic herb riced cauliflower. It is out of this world good.
Can you please share some Ramadan recipes than is full of vitamins and minerals and that allows you not to feel hungry during the day ?
hahaha, I crack myself up all the time. I like to use shrimp to make shrimp caesar salad. I also like seafood stews.
