We put in extra effort to correctly pronounce words from foreign languages like Italian etc. (Pizza, Lasagna). Unfortunately even Chef's take it very light to pronounce an Indian Word correctly.
Popular Chefs like you should be careful with the pronounciation of words like 'Dosa'. English is a non phonetic Language, unlike Indian Languages which are all phonetic. So it is दोसा, not डोसा. I hope you will change the pronunciation in your future videos.
