Been doing this for almost two weeks. I've had to drop my insulin by 3 units already!!!! That's a win for me. The recipes were very tasty 😋 and so easy. I have just enough left over for lunches the next day. My shopping bill cut almost in half and during these times it really helps my bottom line. Highly recommend !!!
