❤️Love it! I mash my chick peas with a little vegan mayo, pickled red onion, 2 tsp of nori (2 sheets in the blender, blend til small particles/ store in a jar) s&p, lemon juice for a vegan ‘tuna’ salad. Served in a wrap with salad. Yum!

I love these recipes, going to start buying dry chick peas so much more affordable, plus they're my main pantry commodity next to nutritional yeast & lentils! Does it matter if I purchase true Sweet Potatoes (light yellow) vs. yams (orange)? I love the true ones for their sweetness, but not sure if they'll work as well as yams for these savory dishes.
