Mary, my commute was extra long tonight, but it was such a pleasure listening to you that I didn’t even mind the bumper-to-bumper traffic! 😂 Wishing you and your family the best. ❤

I've used the chicken carcass from the roast dinners for years to make my own stock but i had NO IDEA i could dehydrate it to create a bouillon. I just love that you share so much useful information and techniques. Thank you so much for taking us on this journey and supporting us every step of the way.

I loved your gift ideas! I have been purchasing supplies and assembling my recipes or instruction lists for the last month in an effort to be ready to tackle my gift giving list. I even have some of your mix recipes ready to go. I’m on a mission to eliminate the store bought creamer. I purchased a package of hazelnut powder from Azure Standard. It’s only ingredient is hazelnuts grown in the US. I’m wondering if this might work for flavoring the creamer for those who like the hazelnut flavor. I purchased this to use in baking but now plan to try using in flavoring a homemade creamer.
Hope this finds you doing well. Thank you for the video.

I bought two of those books during the sale “Buy one get one half off” and I am SO happy I did. I am newer to things kitchen and homemade. The book was well put together and things were easily explained. It covered a little of everything it seemed. I also enjoyed the notes Mary took the time to add aside as well. ♥️

Would be a gift I would’ve loved to receive but instead I bought two so I can forward one when I find someone fitting for it ❤

Thank you Mary!! A lightbulb went on when you said I could dry/dehydrate my bone broth because my little senior dog needs collagen for her joints/back problem/knee problem! I love your idea of making bone broth 'powder' so I can add a little spoon of it too her food at each meal!

Wow, thanks for all the great inspiration for holiday gifts. My "sweet son" bought me your cookbook and I am really enjoying it. The best compliment I can give it is that it already has a few spots on it which can be found in all my favorite cookbooks. 😉

I always love your videos. I’m giving my granddaughter a copy of your cookbook for Christmas. She has asked for wooden spoons. Do you recommend any particular kind? I have bamboo ones I like, but wanted your recommendation. Thanks so much 🙏

I went to order your book last night on Amazon. It is a gift from my husband for my birthday. WOW! I was surprised to find it buy 2 get 1 free. I ordered mine, 1 for my granddaughter for Christmas and I'll have another for a spare gift. So blessed. Thank you sweet Mary.

Thanks for sharing. During Black Friday got some more Malta items from Totally Bamboo. Have what I need to transcribe. Having trouble with the beginner sites. For the first one, I couldn't get the practice audio to play and they didn't have one for me to test with. For the second, I couldn't figure out what I should charge. For the third, so far haven't passed the test. For the fourth, I applied. Need to make money to take a verification course that will build me a website to find clients. Then hopefully save money for the metal house kit.

That microfiber company has just copied what Norwex has done, except Norwex imbeds its fibers with microsilver to sanitize the cloth. Norwex has been around for possibly 20 years, maybe a few less.

Thanks Mary, awesome ideas! What about grinding up hazelnuts into a powder to add in for the hazelnut flavor? Would the oil in the nuts damage the milk powder? What about just putting them on the side to add in separately? 🤔

Thank you for the great new ideas. My daughter and I have given these types of gifts for years. Some we’ve not thought of before, so thanks. We usually give Vanilla Spiced Rum (we age it minimum 1 yr.) or Hot Pepper Vodka ( for Bloody Mary’s . Depending on the person, the 8 oz vanilla turns into a cocktail 😂.
We order custom adhesive labels and keep them on hand. Also, we have canned our family’s Ragu and given it with a nice imported pasta.
    Thanks again.

I have elderberry syrup simmering on the stove as I watch this video. I used star anise, Ceylon cinnamon sticks and rose hips. I learned of the elderberry syrup from you and got the idea to add the star anise from another video of yours. I hope you think adding it was okay. Love your videos and recipes.

Oh, Mary! I didn't know you had a video on how to make vegetable bouillon! I'm definitely going to make that – both for myself and my oldest son!! This video is so helpful!!

Im a multi tasker, which means i do things unequally inconsistant. But its the best way to get me up and at it. Do you have videos where you can make two or three separate food stuffs, in the same day. The broth recipe seems to be a multitasking deal. Roasting a bunch of meat then roasting the bones, making the broth, then set to drying it for bullion. At the end, cleaning the kitchen. Am i being too optimistic?
