I bought myself that cookbook for Christmas lol. I had the same complaint about times, but there are so many recipes I want to try! The crash hots were really good! Just make sure you get SMALL potatoes.

My fav tilapia recipe is add a little mustard on top then roll it in dried potatoe flakes (season the flakes). Reminds me of fish-fry from churches. I found it on AllRecipes

Tilapia is a mild, tasty fish. However, please don't eat it if produced in China, Taiwan, or Columbia. These countries are know to raise the fish in overcrowded, dirty conditions which produce diseased, poor quality tilapia. Personally, I do not trust tilapia from anywhere. Just looking out for ya!

What I’ve been doing with tilapia lately- I season up a couple tablespoons of Wondra flour (all purpose would be fine, too) with whatever spices I feel like using- I’ve had good luck with mixes of Badia Complete, Old Bay, seasoned salt, garlic powder, etc. The I dredge the fish on both sides and pan fry in a nonstick skillet in maybe a tablespoon of olive oil- you don’t need much- for about 4 minutes per side until nicely browned. I serve it with fresh lemon or lime wedges. It gets a really nice crust but doesn’t feel too heavy. Very yummy.

One you can try is beef tips with tomato juice and macaroni or shells and if you want you can add some bell peppers. My husband made it for us a few times and it's really good. Just thought you'd like to have it for your books.

PS if I had my way we'd put garlic and a little onion in there. But hubby hates onions and garlic

Hello from Edmonton Alberta Canada ( close to the North Pole) Just dropping a line to say I enjoy your videos, thought I’d give this recipe for taco bell jalapeño sauce they use in their quesadillas. 1/4c mayo, 2tsp minced jalapeño (from a jar). 2tsp jalapeño juice from jar, 3/4tsp sugar, 1/2 tsp gr cumin, 1/2tsp paprika, 1/8tsp cayenne. 1/8 tsp garlic powder, dash of salt. Mix together & refrigerate.
