I love how enthusiastic Jen is when she tastes your food. It’s nice. I’m sure it tastes good but it’s always nice to have that support from one’s spouse. Now that you convinced me to get an Instant Pot (mine is teal! It’s really pretty!) I’ve got to make this soup. Also, the nails are tres manifique!

I just finished off a gigantic plate of rice and beans that I made and have been eating everyday for a week and a huge slice of pumpkin pie with a 20oz Sprite..

I been addicted to rice and beans for about 3 weeks now. Pinto beans with salt, cayenne pepper, and black pepper.. I boil on low for about 2 hours.

I've added sausage or fried hamburger with onions a bunch of times too if I don't eat it plain.

I was determined not to like this video. I thought 3 dollars, ridiculous!
Watching you put it together, still thinking nope not going to like that soup. Picky, picky eater here. By the time it got done I thought now that looks good. I would eat that soup.
You've won me over. Turns out even better with a little helper with beautiful nails. 💅

Rylan's nails are beautiful! So colorful.

That soup looks and sounds delicious. Change out the beans or seasonings or add in different vegetables and it'll make it taste like an entirely different soup. I'm thinking even a little of that lemon zest either stirred into the soup or just to top it off in your bowl would be lovely.

Puree half of it for a "creamy" soup. Put in some corn, mexican seasonings and lime zest/juice for a different soup too. So many ways you can make it.
