Yum! I've made both of those soups – super delicious. I put cubed sweet potatoes in my red lentil chili too. Adds to the texture. Which am I making first? Neither! I bought ingredients today to make your white chili. That just sounded so good, so I'm making a big batch tomorrow. Thanks for the great meal ideas!

I will definitely make the lentil soup first because I have that same pack of red lentils! Love love love red lentils, and I've never pureed red lentil soup myself 🙂 I don't know if you ever do sloppy joes, but I love them for that as well. Also great for stretching any canned soup and making each serving lower sodium. Oh yeah, and I bet you may like the red lentil (gluten free) flatbread recipe out there – give it a google. That's enough red lentil talk lol. Have a great weekend Miranda!

I agree, red lentils totally fall apart when they cook anyway, yummy!
My nutritionist tells me to add lentils to boost my iron levels – which has been easy as the red ones really can be added to so much! Such great inspiration, as always!!! 🙂
