I tried this. It was tasty but the rice paper noodles kind of stuck together and became pretty gloopy. I followed exactly what you did. Any suggestions for next time?

I wonder if a pizza cutter would be easier to cut them, like dunked into water or oil so it doesn't stick and then just run the pizza cutter over it to make the noodles

I wrapped the gnocchi/tteokpokki thingy (you made recently) with rice paper. It was ok but not really necessary.
