Thanks for how to make the beans in the Instant Pot. I'll give that a try some time. However, that Ham Seasoning is loaded with MSG which is really bad for us. I was going to buy some, but not after I read the ingredients. We can't do MSG in our household – it gives me a headache and my son too, as well as some other side effects not caused by the beans! Guess I'll stick with Ham Hocks or other ham instead.

I'll let my black-eyed peas, soup beans, etc cook all day in the crockpot. And I always use (strong) chicken broth, but I'm definitely gonna look for the Ham base!

If you never eat them beans, you can plant them. Its a seed! To get the most nutrition from them beans you can sprout them on a wet paper towel and sprout them and eat microgreens! Full of everything your babies every needed!
