    So what brands of peanut butter would you recommend. I assume brands like Jif, Skippy, etc. are probably not the best to use. I've been buying the powdered low sugar peanut butter and it seems pretty decent, but I don't know if that's as good.

    Peanut butter is loaded with omega-6 fats and low on omega-3 fats. The ratio is often as high as 20:1 omega-6 vs. omega-3 fats. This imbalanced ratio can cause inflammation, cardiovascular disease, cancer and autoimmune diseases. Avoid it..
