You look beautiful! Thank you for taking the time to help inform so many of your journey. By chance do you use Oregano oil to help with Sibo/overgrowth? If you mentioned it could you refer me to the video? I’ll watch last week incase I missed it.

I take 4.5mg mg low dose naltrexone 1x per day in the evening for my MS. It comes from a compounding pharmacy, and is not covered by Medicare or any of my insurance. They cost me about $1 per pill.
Thanks for your interesting post. Best wishes for you on your journey to better health.

Great to see your progress. Vitamin D is not the scary thing MD’s try to tell you. D has a wonderful ability to regulate the immune system. You might ck out the MS patients and D and seizure patients and D. From all that I gave read you can safely take up to 60,000 i.u./day. The best way to take D is 2-3 x/day as the half life is 6-8 hours for the animal derived D3 and about 4-6 hours for plant derived D2. The test for active D is 1,25 D.

Dr Berry said in our Patreon group yesterday that you can get rid of sibo by going 100% carnivore for a period of time, it'll make the bacteria move down to the large intestine to then get eliminated. Hope this helps.

I hope you can get these health concerns sorted out. I was thinking about your iron infusion and wondered if you had a metallic taste in your mouth afterwards. You may have said something, but I don’t remember. I had to do mega doses of iron when I was younger and the taste was awful. Take care…also, did the kids get the postcards I sent? Blessings

I also suffered with SIBO and candida overgrowth, and did a naturopathic treatment for them. Have you tried coffee enemas? They can be really helpful for the die off from detox.

Good news on Ferritin levels. Curious if you had a full thyroid panel run including the antibodies TPO and TgAb. I recently did for the first time and tested positive for both, signalling Hashimotos or Graves (less common). After doing much research it does seem that Hashimotos is getting to be very common and can relate to anemia… I have the opposite with high ferritin.. Looking forward to your next update…

Well done Nili. So happy your ferritin level went up. You must be feeling so much better. That inflammation test sounds like something I would want. Do you just call it an inflammation test?

Taking charcoal caps will soak up some of the stuff you are cleaning out – and it will just be pooped out. If you get the really ground type of charcoal you will have totally black stool – don't be surprised. If you get the granulated type you will see the black specks – this is normal. It really helps in severe clean outs.

Hi. I have battled with candida overgrowth for a few years on and off. Due to antibiotics. I have been on a protocol that is more natural and it works awesome. What I was told by my natural path is that when you do this take molybdenum to help take care of die off. It works like a dream. I took most of what you are on. Thank you for sharing your journey. I was diagnosed with sibo last year. So I will try what your doing. Have a great day.
