    I'm more of a fan of red pesto, usually, which unfortunately is way higher in carbs…but for this, I might give the green goo a chance 😉
    Great way, to add more flavor to the buns, if parmesan isn't an option.

    Try to use unrefined coconut oil and grease the scoop inside and out the same way that you would if use the old fashion “Crisco” then the scoop really stays lubed. I couldn’t do the spray on the scoop either. Just cause the top of my buns to shrink. If anyone needs a fabulous scoop they can go on Amazon or eBay and get “Jenaluca “ brand XL or Jumbo scoop they won’t rust or break. They have a superior quality whichever size you need.

    One of the best soups I love that is low carb is " Unstuffed Cabbage Roll Soup!" It's my all time favorite! I used riced cauliflower to replace the white rice. I made a big batch and use "Souper Cubes" to freeze a cup of it. After it is frozen, I pop it out of the Souper Cubes and place it in a freezer bag or "Seal a Meal" vacuum bags. It thaws in a few hours and it's delicious!
