    I struggle w/eggs, sigh. I want to love them~ or even really like them, but I don't. Mostly it's the texture, & by that I mean the whites, in any form, but even scrambled eggs are nearly impossible for me to just eat bites of w/a fork, by itself. If I have toast, or the eggs are part of something else, I'm good. I do like the yolks, hard cooked & mashed up on toast w/mayo or butter however~ that's super delicious. Because they are a near-perfect food, I continue to experiment, & continue to schlep the whites off on my husband` so it's fine.

    I am beef only for now since my 11 days of gallbladder torture and one ER visit, so the topic is very relevant for me. 😊 Flank steak we always stirfry in thin little strips and its total meat candy with just Real Salt.
