    Can I just give a huge shout out to a lot of Asian cuisine for being gluten free. I’ve had celiac for over a decade and have recently got more into cooking and they’re so many recipes I can actually try when cooking Chinese or Korean food (want to branch out more from those 2 but that’s where I’ve started so far lol)

    Personally, as much as I like this recipe, got to admit it's more like deep fried beef strips. Guilty as charged, I do it myself – I like its juiciness and tenderness. Still honeslty, it's really more like deep fried beef strips. And I wouldn't do it too often.

    Oh, it works for chicken too!
