    Thanks for sharing this recipe. Looks easy enough to make and can't wait to try it when I get water chestnuts. Some of my fav dim sums are egg tart, black sesame roll, and ma tai go (all the sweets). lols!

    Love ma tai go. My mom used to make it with real water chestnuts. I’m lucky that even living in the suburbs of San Francisco there are plenty of dim sum available if I’m inclined. The pandemic has put a damper on getting out. I did have dim sum with a former co-worker because I gave her some Taiwanese grapefruit growing on the tree outside our front door.
    I thank you so much for your char siu recipe. It’s great that I can make it anytime I have some time off. Plus I can make it just the way I like it, fatty, lol.
