I made these today in a cast iron pan. I need to work on getting them thinner, but the batter is no fuss and very forgiving. Mine aren’t as beautiful as Nili’s but they were yummy with cinnamon “sugar”. I made a triple batch! Thanks again, Nili for all of your hard work!

    Fantastic idea!
For ppl who do not digest xantan gum/guar gum etc that’s an amazing option.
Have u tried adding gelatin powder in protein bread by any chance?

Love your work! I do not have access to the store bought egg whites wraps here in Europe so l’m literally extatique for this recipe!

I just ordered the gelatin from the above link…and I have a question for anyone, pls.
I am not familiar with Beef Broth Powder or Beef Broth Gelatin. Can one be substituted
for the other? Also, is it true the Beef Broth Powder or Gelatin is a good way to get
collagen in your diet? Thank you for any info! 🤗

Thank you for this wonderful recipe.
I don’t have a way to know the temperature on my griddle. Some of the crepes are kinda tough.
So, will lower temperature or higher temperatures create a tough crepe? Or the longer or quicker cooking? Which is better?

I am so excited about this recipe, Nili! I jumped on the Egglife wrap bandwagon and quickly found out I can’t tolerate the xanthan gum in them. I loved them but they did not love me! 😂 So this will be a wonderful wrap substitute. Thank you for all of your wonderful experiments! The Einstein of Eggs! 🥸🤩👏🏼❤️

Anyone use a non stick pan instead of a griddle? Nili says 375 degrees. I’m cooking about medium heat and some are sticking even with using ghee. Do you I need to lower the heat?
