Since you have also used Keto chow, what’s the main difference between the core chocolate and this? Could the kc maybe be subbed in for this recipe? Anyway, thanks for all your work in the recipes!

Here’s a delicious chocolate ice cream recipe I make with the chocolate equip protein powder (you can 3x it and it'll just about fit in a 2QT ice cream machine)!

    4 eggs
    2 tbsp melted butter
    2 tbsp heavy cream
    cream cheese (half a package)
    2 tbsp sweetener (allulose)
    1.5 tsp vanilla
    3/4 scoop chocolate protein powder

So creamy and kind of fudge-y. I absolutely love it, feel free to make it / share it if you get to try and it and like it too!

I’ve read that to maximize its efficacy, colostrum should be taken in an empty stomach. Have you read that as well? Does equipfoods specify that in their directions?

I went to the website but I couldn't fin how many grams of protein there are. The one picture of the info is so tiny and I can't seem to enlarge it. Do you know how many grams per serving there are?

Curious… how does bovine colostrum make it through the human digestive system and is it absorbed? As humans, our babies receive the nutrients and other elements through the placenta ie blood stream. Cows give their babies those things through the calves digestive systems. 2 different transport systems. Also, is this taking colostrum from the calves or is this a synthetic? I've never heard of humans consuming bovine colostrum, so just trying to learn and think this through. The protein fudge looks yummy and seems to be decadent for the tooth feel.

I love these two protein powders – separate and together!! I recently went no dairy, and I find the Equip beef protein is more satiating to me in meal replacement shakes than Keto Chow, and they make fabulous high protein puddings. This fudge recipe is shouting my name!! ❤

Reese's Fudge sound so good! I love using Equip Protein Powder. It's not cheap, but I think it's well worth it. The strawberry is good, but for me it needs more strawberry flavor, so I use strawberry extract. Haven't used the vanilla or the unflavored. I plain to use the unflavored as a breading (or at least to try)
