Now brand is my first choice for any ingredient or supplement. Their monk fruit extract is superior to all of them as well. My mom used them when I was a kid and that’s a long time ago.🤣😂

Thanks Nili – I've been commenting on Chris's Cooking Nashville YouTube also about this.
I have tried a local product, mass produced somewhere in Toronto, that doesn't. It is not pure, there is yeast & citric acid in the ingredient list.

The "pure" stuff is very expensive, the "NOW Sports" newly available in Canada, is 189$ for 5lb jug.
I have tested the MUSKOKA brand, it works perfectly, and that's in the 90$ ballpark range.
Not just for bread, but egg noodles also.

Even the cheaper EWPP is very expensive, over 40$ for half a pound bag, and though it's great in smoothies, it has no binding power whatsoever.
