Any friend of Nili's, …! 🙂 I can't say that I'll be making a lot of what you make because I can't do dairy and butter to me is the grossest stuff out there! I'm an oddball, I know! I've seen the Ninja Creami but while ice cream is about the only dairy I can eat and keep down, I don't eat a lot of it. I think at least so far I'll keep running gallons of diet soda and chips through me minimizing my sugar and salt but who knows? I'm 57 and before I die in probably my early 60's I may well be forced to change my diet! It has gotten better, little by little, thanks to Nili's great influence, and I may end up not being able to eat and drink what I have been forever! In any case, thank you very much for all of your videos and good information!!!! My absolute very very best wishes to you and yours!!!!

    We LOVE roasted spaghetti squash every once in a while~ it's very filling, so not much needed to satisfy. It's interesting how the longer we go w/out eating starches, the less desirable they become. The body rewards us w/awakening innate nutritional knowledge, even in what the palate desires. It is amazing, & I am truly grateful.
