Danielle, I too am following total carbs – bang is my go to, I have tested and they do not effect MY glucose more than ten points and do not kick me out of ketosis. I know energy drinks bad, but so is lazy me., and I like them.
Greens are life changer! But WHY do our supplements have to add so many carbs?!?! My greens are 4 carbs too. It's darned if I do & darned if I don't. Right now I'm just hoping the benefits outweigh the harm of the carbs long term.
