Wow! Didn't know you can freeze rotisserie chicken. Thanks for the tip. I will try this soon. Our Costco's has a limited two on basically everything 😮. I usually shop for my Mom. My Costco doesn't sell the can coconut milk😣 I love to use can coconut milk in my beans and rice. Thanks again for an Awesome Costco's video. Peace and Blessings❣

We dont have grass fed eggs at costco here in Southern California. I can get them from the farmers I get meat from. The price is higher than costco on the eggs though. Thank you for all the great ideas! That pizza casserole looks so good!

I could never shop once a month before, so we went a few times a week.

However, this whole lockdown thing helped me reset my bills and budget. Because utilities wouldn’t be cut off because of nonpayment due to Coronavirus, I just used that money to do a big grocery haul and then the following week I just payed the bill late at no penalty.

You’re so blessed. We moved right before COVID-19 and got furloughed without pay. Got denied for assistance (over a mailbox 🤦🏼‍♀️) This is devastating to our family especially with the churches and food pantries being empty out here… praying this ends soon. Our bills haven’t stopped since losing our jobs either and my family and I are going without bare necessities. Prayers for everyone out there. Stay safe and healthy 💙

i might not be brave enough to try out costco for this month, but i did try the instacart option last time and it was really smooth. i will probably do that again if i need the produce staples – costco's the best for fruits and veggies.

If you enjoy making your own homemade iced coffee, you could use an ice cube tray and freeze some heavy whipping cream. It tastes really good and is a good way to ration/make sure your heavy whipping cream won’t go bad!
