    For 99% of time I only eat fresh meat, eggs (and cheese occasionally), just add salt / pepper/ mustard/ butter/ Tabasco 🙂 never get tired of them for over 6 months

    I have watched you for a few years now. You have always given great advice, made great recipes and always been 100% real in your journey. No one is perfect in this world or doing keto. It’s trial & error so to speak. No two people are the same & what effects you might not effect anyone the same way. A lot of people don’t get concept this is a way of eating not just a diet. I started my journey 6/2017 and I eat meat veggies & limited dairy. I can’t do those bars, drinks or anything with tons of ingredients because that stuff makes me feel like crap! Love you girl & thank you for keeping your videos real!

    Thanks for sharing Daniela! As of today I started counting total carbs and I’m trying to eliminate sugar alcohols and removing the processed foods like the breads and tortillas! I removed premier protein shakes because of dirty oils!I can’t wait to see where I’m at after a month! ❤️

    Need to ask what you think of ZEVIA drinks and also a bar I eat called Love Good Fats. It’s not a Protein bar. It does fill me up when I’m running around all day and don’t have time to eat and don’t want to go through fast food place. Please elaborate on what Keto chow is. thank you. You might want to mention to others that certain whole foods should be avoided to like too many berries. Only supposed to have 1/4 cup or less a day. Fruit and even onions have carbs. I don’t love eating meat all that much and I can’t eat eggs due to food allergy so I find keto very challenging for me. I would like to see meal videos of what y’all eat. Fasting is supposed to help also.

    OMG I am there with you. I stalled because of premade foods. I was hooked on Keto salted carmel ice cream bars from Costco. It was everyday. I have been back clean keto for 3 weeks. I feel better and now my stomach isn't visible fat balls. I am 79 and been Keto for over a year. I feel 40 and am in a size 12 from a tight 1X. Aloha and mahalo for your truths!

    Best chocolate homeade keto shake if you are trying to stay away from premade store bought with all the crap inside
    -No avocado-y taste
    -Helps the sweet cravings
    -Is semi-filling (not really a meal replacement, more like a snack)

    1/2 cup ice
    1 cup almond milk- 60 cals less than a carb
    2 tb sugar free cocoa powder- 2 net carbs 20 cals
    1/2 avocado-2 net carbs 160 cals
    3 stevia packets

    Total-240 cals and 4 net carb

    Loving your content, Danielle. I'm a recent subscriber. I subbed when you made that "Keto Made Me Fat" video. I am relatively new to Keto (February) and have had good success so far, but I need to keep it extremely clean and no frills. So your approach is very relatable for me. For myself personally, I can't be trusted to let any treats or Ketofied foods in on a regular basis. I don't know what "moderation" is, probably never will. It's why I have lost and gained the same x number of pounds over the last 20 years. On Keto, I no longer have cravings of any kind. I do not think about food in any way other than nutrition and building blocks for my body. It has been an amazing difference. Some may scoff and say "how restrictive" but when you're in it and literally have zero cravings and are no longer immersed in food addiction, it's very freeing. If treats, bars, and shakes works for someone, I say great. Everyone needs to do what works for them. But I know it won't work for me, just based on history.

    I use keto chow as a meal replacement everyday when I'm at work…I love them and they fill me up and sustain me until dinner, consistently…they're sooo yummy–I make them with butter! I count total carbs not net…they don't cause cravings for me. New here, love your videos!

    Those lily's pb cups get me. I agree that they can cause stomach pain, but damn if they aren't TASTY! I get them once every few months, because I eat the whole bag..

    You are 100% right. I was able to get away with eating all the keto treats early in my journey, but had to get rid of it all to lose the final 20 lbs. The sugar alcohols were causing me to bloat quite a bit.

    We use an Aujus packet when we do a roast in the crockpot. I don’t know where to start to make this at home. Any ideas? Everything else we make at home. But I would love to make this at home.

    I don’t have a lot in fact I don’t have any right now but Krisda chocolate chips are keto friendly but are the lowest net carb (even though I count full carbs now) the thing is I would rather fill a glass with a small amount of chocolate chips than make a keto dessert which would be more carbs. I wish we had chock zero where I live. I’m probably only going to allow the chocolate chips during my period.

    Dude, I’ve been racking my brain 🧠 about why my stomach hurts and I have bloat and trapped gas pain. I have been eating a Two good yogurt with a serving of Lilly chocolate chips. EVERY DARN DAY! But I’ve made changes to eating wholefoods/real foods and have a limited carbonated zero soda. I’ll have to remove the chips this week and see if it’s that!
