I am new here and loved the haul!!
Iβm in Michigan and we ended up getting ice and 11 inches of snow on top of the ice. The kids had 3 snow days.
You are so funny! Not nature enough, you have a wicked sense of humourπ. Well I sitting in a no snow zone right now, I just can't believe we aren't gone to get hit. I haven't checked yet but I bet 12 inches of snow, now I need to check. Well I hope you will all be safe. Such a great variety in your haul. You know when I look at my past eating habits that got me fat, I didn't eat a lot of variety of foods or foods that fell in the healthier category. My foods were a small category of very carb heavy foods that were eaten constantly and breaded meats. Being keto has tremendously helped me step outside the box in what I eat, it has changed my taste buds and I am grateful for finding it. I do say though that once getting where you want to be I do believe adding good carbs back and not going hog wild and being sensible about what you eat should be sustainable for some people. You shouldn't be terrified of eating when you are eating fairly clean and healthy. I admire you for showing people that change is possible, people eat so many different ways and are in good health so if you think you need to change it up why not. I think people need to give a certain type of a diet a chance to work and not be on it 2 weeks and switch to something else, you must give it time and not hop back and forth seeking the perfect fast diet. I just got this on my mind from past experiences and decided to share. Keep safe all you snow zone peopleβ

Just a warning the Fair-life protein drink has some Carrageenan in it. I know you have said it upsets your stomach in the past.
Nice and warm today in N.Y. But expecting winter storm moving in tomorrow, possible 2inches an hour and temp drop to 20 degrees. π Absolutely familiar with panic shoppers, I don't need to panic, I'm usually pretty stocked because shopping is a distance and I think it's just a general pain lately.

Yes as a former NYer know all about the frenzy of shopping pre storm. Now in TN. people go crazy for a dusting of snow…very hilly & everything closes. Weather here is much milder. Stay warm & safe.
